Charlotte Fury Lacrosse Program
At Charlotte Fury, we are dedicated to helping athletes grow and excel in lacrosse. To ensure every player has ample field time to enhance their skills, we limit team rosters to no more than 20 players.
Charlotte Fury is a Pay-to-Play program, meaning all players will have opportunities to contribute on the field. Before the season begins, we will host evaluation sessions to determine the appropriate team placement for each athlete. Historically, we have formed multiple high school teams, each tailored to different skill levels, ensuring a place for every athlete to develop and elevate their game. For the summer 2026 season, we are excited to plan our first-ever middle school travel team.
Academy Program
Not ready for weekend travel tournaments, but would like to get some practice reps? Join our "Academy" program and participate in all practices and clinics. Academy players will break off on their own for most workouts, but from time to time they will be mixed in with travel players for practices based on their skill levels. More details below.

Focused on Families and Competitive Play
Each season, we strive to keep families close to home for the majority of our schedule. This approach reduces travel expenses and time commitments while still providing athletes with competitive lacrosse opportunities.
For those who enjoy traveling, we include one or two overnight road trips each season. These destinations are typically within a 4-5 hour drive from home. Please note that travel-related expenses are not included in the team fee.
Practice Schedule
Practices will take place on Tuesday & Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00 pm and possibly some selected weekend dates as we lead into tournaments (see schedule below). Practices will be held in the Fort Mill area near or at Nation Ford High School.

Membership required
Every player is required to hold an active US Lacrosse membership ($35/yr). Not only do we use it for insurance purposes, but all tournaments will require it as well. Please do this prior to signing up for any Fury activities.
Membership includes a subscription to US Lacrosse magazine.
